Our School

Rockland St. Mary Primary SchoolRockland Saint Mary Primary takes children from the age of 4 to 11. We are federated with Surlingham Community School and we share a headteacher.

Our children come from the village and from as far away as Alpington, Norwich and Newton Flotman.

There are approximately 70 pupils in our small and welcoming school. The children work in three class bases.

We are like a family and each child is treated as an individual as well as an important part of the whole group. We involve the children in all aspects of school life including decision making and planning for the future. We have an active School Council and Eco Council.

We are currently advertising for an Outdoor Learning Leader. Full details can be found on the Norfolk School Jobs website. Please see here for the job description.
